Karma matters. Who we are today are evolutions from past Lifetimes and a preface to who we will be in the next. I love the idea that our spirits are infinite and never ending ... just soaring through an endless time and space forever, eternally evolving.

... that our every action creates this crazy, integrated and snowballed story-line string of cause and effects throughout all of our storylines: past, present and future ... that what isn't resolved in this Lifetime will show up again in our next one because it's the natural and continuous progression of our personal spirits and divine energies... that our Lifetimes are these wonderful adventures that we will never experience again: we are on endless journeys through eternity.

Sometimes we serve as the teacher to others, other times they exist to teach us. Full circle we emerge, we grow, we fly, we break, we heal, and we start again.

And along our journeys, we ALL want to be inspired: by our jobs, our families, our friends, our lives. The child spirits we arrived with crave to ‘someday’ create an inspired life (instead of watching it whiz by) – but it’s already here and waiting.

Living an inspired life isn’t inclusive to an enchanted or elite group of people – nor does it happen by chance. It happens when we mindfully ‘reset’ the lens by which we view life and begin to see ourselves, others, and everything around us as it really is: full of beauty, possibility, love, and inspiration.

And so, I created the Inspire Me Higher blog site with the purpose of creating a community of excitement around the pretty stuff that is happening in our world, and I invited other spirited bloggers to join me. This ever-growing collective group of people know that by staying awake at the wheel (yours, mine, ours) keeps our eyes wide-open to the amazing-ness going on all around us.

Ohh, you know what kind of amazing-ness I mean: the incredible people we share our planet with; the daily kindnesses that no one writes about (or is too busy or at blah-stages in their lives to even notice); the sparkly awe we get when we realize that Life is patiently waiting for us to step UP to it; and the whooshing aha! we feel when we actually do.
