As a holistic health coach, I create a safe and supportive environment for my clients. Together, we address the needs of the whole person: mind, body, and soul ... a holistic process. As partners, we work to discover a client's personal place of balance and wellness.

Holistic health is not just about changing eating choices and habits: it's about being empowered to change the way you think and feel about food and yourself ... because what we eat makes us what we are from the inside out.

You are what you eat. Yes, it's true! Food enters the bloodstream and affects your cells, tissues, blood, bones, organs, hair and nails. What you eat changes everything: food becomes you! It's easy then, to understand how the food we choose to eat can impact our mood, behavior, energy, and even our thoughts.

I have heard that in your one human lifetime your eyes will blink 450 million times, you will breathe 650 million times, you will grow 1,000 layers of skin, your nails will grow 7 feet, you will lose 70 miles of hair from your head, and your heart will beat 2,500,000,000 times. I also heard that by the time you are 88 years old, you will have consumed 300 tons of food, air and water.

The impact of these things can be either positive or negative depending not only on the choices you make today, but the choices you made yesterday, and the ones you will make tomorrow. Our bodies will hardly ever fail us if we treat it and feed it with what it needs to thrive.

Because we are bio-individuals, our bodies have unique requirements. That's why there is no 'one diet' for everyone. Ancestry, genetics, personal tastes and preferences, blood types and metabolic rates, for example, all combine to determine which foods work best for us. One person's food may be another person's poison.

I coach holistic health clients to discover and utilize their own personal bio-individuality. My clients begin to understand how food and lifestyle choices affect the overall quality of their moods and health. Ideal clients is anyone who wants to live more fully, have more energy, feel happier and breathe deeper by adopting a healthier lifestyle. I help them to initiate gentle-paced and lasting changes, that create balance in their lives.
